Up to £55,000 + company vehicle + Bonus

We're supporting a true family-feel company with a strong track record of organic growth. As the group continues to go from strength to strength, they're now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish. With long-standing contracts across several blue-chip clients, the business offers both stability and variety in the work delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC projects from design, implementation, and installation through to delivery and handover
• Lead and support a team of engineers while ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality outcomes
• Take a consultative approach with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience delivering HVAC projects across commercial and industrial environments
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
