Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher with QTS looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference?

A highly regarded specialist school in the Yeovil area is seeking a passionate teacher to support pupils aged 4-18 with additional needs.

This well-resourced setting is known for its supportive staff team, personalised learning approach and strong focus on pupil wellbeing.

The Role

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons

Monitoring and assessing pupil progress

Leading and guiding teaching assistants within the classroom

Creating a safe, structured and supportive learning environment

Working collaboratively with therapists, support staff and families

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN

Passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learners

Experience in SLD/PMLD settings desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
