We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Uxbridge.

The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic £17,000
• OTE £30,000
• Monday to Friday every other Saturday with a day back in the week
• 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

• Always delivering exceptional customer service
• Liaising between landlords and tenants
• Providing up to date advice and information
• Conducting viewings
• Booking appointments
• Negotiating lettings contracts
• Registering applicants
• Generating new business
• Building the market share
• Be up to date with current compliance and legislation

Key Skills for the role of Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

• Previous property experience not essential
• A high level of customer service skills
• The desire to work well in a team, and independently
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
