Job Overview
Associate Interior Designer Job in London is a senior role within a design-led interior architecture practice specialising in hospitality and hotel projects. Based in London, this position suits an experienced design leader with over five years' senior experience managing teams and delivering complex schemes. You will lead concept through to technical delivery across high-end F&B, spa and hotel environments, ensuring design quality, programme control and commercial performance across UK and international projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead design from concept to technical delivery stages
Maintain quality across drawings, presentations and specifications
Manage Senior Designers, PMs and FF&E teams
Oversee multiple projects, budgets and programmes
Act as primary client contact and lead presentationsSkills & Experience Required

Senior interior design experience in hospitality and hotels
Minimum five years leading design teams
Strong AutoCAD skills and technical drawing knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency
Understanding of construction, coordination and UK complianceSalary & Benefits

£65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working following probation period
