Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (Basic)
OTE: £35,000 realistic first-year earnings

What you'll be doing:

Conducting viewings and valuations, ensuring a professional and personable experience for clients

Negotiating offers and progressing sales and lets through to completion

Building lasting relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants

Assisting in marketing efforts, including social media and online property listings

Ensuring compliance with all property legislation and company policies

What we're looking for:

2-3 years of experience in a Sales or Lettings Negotiator role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confident, proactive, and highly organised

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Strong local knowledge of the Cirencester and Cotswolds area (preferred)
