Customer Service - Vendor Management

Our client is a leader in the Finance industry, and who are looking for an individual to join their New Business team.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual, who will enjoy working in a client / customer focused role, being the main point of contact working with a group of specific Vendors.

The role is being offered on a permanent or 12-month fixed term contract (depending on the individual).

An interest working in Financial Services, Asset Finance or Sales would be an advantage.

Centrally located, this role offers a salary of £22k - £25k.

The Role:

* Managing your own caseload of Vendors, you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from both them and the end customer

* Processing pay-outs on contracts

* Gathering all required supporting information, to enable the deal to complete

* Issue documentation to the customer

* Support with all customer transactions

* Issue invoices

* Work closely with the sales team.

The Individual:

* Personality is key in this role

* You will be an excellent communicator, driven and professional

* IT proficient

* Excellent attention to detail

* An interest in the Financial Services, Leasing, Sales industry
