Sales Executive - Bristol area - Excellent flexible package
Our client has asked us to identify an outstanding salesperson to represent them in the Bristol Area. The company specialises in the supply and installation of high-quality glazing products direct from the manufacturer to the consumer without the large retail mark-up allowing their customers to enjoy a trade price without sacrificing on customer service or after sales care.
The role will suit an individual who already has knowledge of sales in a similar environment and who has a proven track record of success. You will be personable, sincere and trustworthy and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
All leads are centrally generated so there is complete freedom to maximise selling time on qualified customers.
The package is entirely flexible and can range from a base salary of £24,000 per annum with an OTE of £50,000 together with a company car etc to an entirely self-employed position with the obvious benefits of higher commission and OTE for the individual who is used to, and prefers, to work in this way. There is the potential to construct any hybrid package between the two extremes. The right person can agree a package that completely suits them safe in the knowledge that they can vary it if their personal circumstances change.
