Electrical Engineer - Commercial FM (Tenant Side)

* Location: City of London

* Salary: Up to £45,000

* Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm / 10:00am-7:00pm shifts)

* Environment: High-spec commercial office (tenant-side only)

Key Duties:

* Electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Support reactive tasks and ensure minimal disruption to tenants

* Maintain compliance with all electrical and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)

* Experience in commercial FM environments

* Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
