Location: Brockworth, Gloucester

Salary: £25,100 Per Annum

Hours: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30 

About the role:

As a Billing Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing across all divisions by managing call and line data records, resolving billing issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities: 

Run reports and perform checks on customer charging using internal billing systems

Investigate and resolve unbilled items and tariff issues

Collect and validate CDRs and LDRs, identifying efficiencies

Follow procedures to support live bill run sign-offs

Assist in improving billing processes, including templating and data collection

Support both Managed Billing and Wholesale Billing teams through cross-training

Handle charge queries and assist with partner migrations

Provide ad-hoc support and reporting as required

Collaborate with the line manager on process improvements and reporting

Ensure accurate and timely billing across all customer accounts
