Shipping Coordinator, near Reading

Coordinate daily shipping activities for UK and international orders
Deal with import and export documentation
Prepare all required shipping and customs documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners
Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly
Maintain accurate shipping records within internal systems
Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams
Monitor costs and support optimisation of freight spend
Ensure compliance with export, import, and safety regulations

Profile

Shipping Coordinator, near Reading

Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes
Knowledge and experience of air, ocean and road freight
In depth knowledge of UK/EU Regulations
