The OpportunityA growing eCommerce business in Nottingham is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support commercial decision-making. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across the business, ideal for someone keen to influence performance and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, including month-end, year-end, and statutory compliance
• Provide analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
• Implement and improve financial controls and processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor business performance
• Support and guide junior team members

About You

• ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong technical and analytical finance skills
• Experience within an SME or commercial environment
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take ownership
