Shift: Nights - 3 on, 3 off (7pm-7am)

This Manufacturing Manager opportunity sits within a high-volume, fast-paced food manufacturing environment operating 24/7. On nights, the Manufacturing Manager has full operational ownership across production, people, safety, quality and output.

If you're currently operating as a Manufacturing Manager, Senior Shift Manager or Production Manager within FMCG or food production, this role offers genuine accountability and the autonomy to shape shift performance.

This isn't supervision — it's operational leadership.

What You'll Be Doing: Manufacturing Manager

• Leading the night shift operation across processing, baking, packing and dispatch
• Owning KPIs including OEE, waste reduction, labour utilisation, service and cost control
• Driving health & safety, food safety, GMP and HACCP compliance standards
• Acting as the senior escalation point for engineering, technical and operational issues
• Leading large production teams through clear structure, coaching and performance management
• Embedding lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Delivering operational excellence within a 24/7 manufacturing site

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager within food manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong background in high-volume, fast-paced production environments
• Experience leading large, multi-skilled production teams
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, CI methodology and KPI management
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, audit and hygiene standards
• Confidence managing performance, absence, disciplinary processes and shift planning
