* Good working knowledge of environmental legislation and regulatory compliance.

* HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or substantial equivalent practical experience).

* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and get the best from teams and individuals.

* Strong IT skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach to operational challenges.

We particularly encourage applications from underrepresented groups in engineering, energy, and sustainability sectors. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the application or interview process, please let us know — we're committed to being an inclusive employer.

This role offers genuine leadership impact, opportunities for professional growth and mentorship, and the pride of contributing to sustainable energy production in Aberdeen.

If you're an experienced, safety-focused operations leader motivated by real environmental change, we'd love to hear from you.
