Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £37,000 - £38,000
Hours: Regular Days, Monday to Thursday, 6am - 4pm
Location: Chesterfield

About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work a 4-day week on regular day shifts, giving you long weekends every week. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving production machinery through both planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical fault finding, repair, and maintenance across a range of equipment.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
Respond quickly to breakdowns to keep production running smoothly.
Work alongside the production and engineering teams to drive reliability and efficiency.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and accurately recorded.
What We're Looking For:

Time-served or qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ / City & Guilds / HNC or equivalent).
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of PLCs is advantageous but not essential.
