• 14-month fixed-term contract
• 35 hours per week, worked flexibly between 9:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 per annumAbout the Role: This is a key leadership position requiring passion, dedication, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct line management and supervision of a small team of housing and tenancy officers, ensuring consistent, person-centred, and trauma-informed support is delivered across the service.What We Offer:

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in managing or leading a team within a support service setting
• Strong understanding of domestic abuse, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
