Stores Person - Cowes
Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight

Pay: £12.30 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (Temp to Perm)

Hours: Full-time

 Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client based in Cowes, who are seeking an experienced Stores Person to join their busy factory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in stores, warehousing, or manufacturing support to secure a long-term role with a well-established local employer.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and checking incoming goods and materials
Carrying out kitting activities for production departments
Ensuring accurate stock control and record-keeping
Preparing and dispatching goods as required
Maintaining a clean and organised stores area
Using computer systems or handheld scanners for stock management
Liaising with production and purchasing teams to ensure materials are available when needed
About You:

Previous Stores, Warehouse of Factory experience
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer literacy (training can be provided)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
