Working 4 or 5 days a week 40 hrs, they are offering a great salary c£31k depending on experience and qualifications, with great benefits. Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
* Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
* Experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
