Salary: £23000 - £26000 / annually

Intro: S Knights Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK's Leading training providers. They carefully select their trainers to ensure maximum quality throughout their business whilst having a global reach. They provide accredited courses to help individuals reach their potential with their roots stemming in a business environment. They are currently looking for an ambitious Business Admin/Customer Service Coach to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a business Admin/Customer Service Coach you will be responsible for:
- Delivering the qualifications via a blended delivery (part online and part face to face)
- Embedding functional skills in your delivery
- Uploading all relevant work on an e-portfolio system
- Ensuring the learners are completing their caseload in time
- Attending any standardisation meetings as required online for now
- You will need to be able to track learners progress
- Providing support to the learners on their journey to gateway.

Experience and Skills:
As a Business Admin/Customer Service Coach you must have:
- Experience working on Standards
- Experience managing own case load
- A relevant teaching qualification (TAQA/CAVA/PTLLS/DTLLS/CTLLS/D33/D32/ECT)
- Previous Experience in delivering Business Administration and Customer Service
- Ability to deliver via a blended approach
- Good communicator and outstanding organisation skills
