Pay Rate: £11.91 - £23.82 per hour

£11.91 per hour (Basic) - Worked hours within shift pattern
£14.89 per hour (Overtime x 1.25) - apply for any worked hours within Mon-Fri on top of the assigned shift
£17.87 per hour (Overtime x 1.5) - apply for worked hours on Saturday
£23.82 per hour (Overtime x 2) - apply for worked hours on Sunday

3-shift Rotation:
Week 1 - Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00
Week 2 - Sun-Thu 22:00-06:00
Week 3 - Mon-Fri 14:00-22:00

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in operating Counterbalance Forklift Truck and Tow Tractor within Factory/Warehouse environment is a plus.
• License (can be in-house) for FLT Counterbalance, or PPT. Note that on-site assessment will be provided.
• Ability to work in a Factory/Warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.

Job Description:
The FLT Counterbalance and Tow Tractor Driver will be responsible for operating a forklift truck (counterbalance) and tow tractor efficiently and safely within our facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift truck (counterbalance) and tow tractor to move materials, products, and equipment within the facility.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and containers, ensuring proper handling and stacking of materials.
• Transport materials to designated storage areas or production lines as required.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and tow tractors, including inspecting for any defects or malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storage areas and loading docks.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks and priorities.
• Report any safety incidents, accidents, or equipment damage immediately to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
