As a key part of their operations, you'll provide essential administrative support to their Financial Advisers, helping to ensure a seamless experience for our clients across pensions and investment services. Your precision and client-focused mindset will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service.

Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities

* Delivering end-to-end administrative support to our advisers

* Maintaining accurate client records using our CRM systems (XPLAN/360)

* Preparing client documentation and correspondence

* Handling new business submissions and ongoing transactions (e.g., fund switches, income withdrawals)

* Coordinating with providers to track and progress applications

* Keeping clients informed throughout their journey

* Managing Letters of Authority and following up as needed

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in a Financial Services administration role

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

* Clear and confident communication skills

* A collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity
