Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264* Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring* Work across a mix of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites* Produce accurate survey and analytical reports* Ensure all work is carried out in line with UKAS and HSE guidance* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications* Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards* Good IT skills and report writing ability* Excellent attention to detail* Strong communication and organisational skills* Full UK driving licence
