Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a permanent role with a leading global facilities management company?
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FM provider at a key healthcare site in Leamington Spa. This is a great opportunity to secure a stable, long-term position in a professional and client-facing environment.

The Role:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across all electrical and mechanical building services within a large healthcare facility.

Key duties will include:

* PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on M&E building systems

* First-line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric

* Working closely with the client and facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the site

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance

* Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times

You will work as part of a two-person on-site maintenance team, covering a 42-hour week on the following rotating shift pattern:

* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (4 days)

* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (3 days)

Shift hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)

This pattern means you will only work half of the days in the year — offering excellent work-life balance compared to standard Monday to Friday roles.

The Candidate:

* Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualifications

* Previous experience working in a client-facing maintenance role — ideally within facilities management or healthcare environments

* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and general building services

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* A proactive and reliable approach to maintenance and problem-solving

The Package:

* Salary up to £41,000 per year (depending on experience)

* Overtime opportunities available

* 20 days holiday

Location:
This role is based on-site at a healthcare facility in Leamington Spa — easily commutable from Warwick, Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Banbury and surrounding areas.
