We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support professional to join a well-established company in the electrical and technical products sector. In this role, you'll be an essential part of the sales function — building strong customer relationships, managing key admin processes, and helping drive overall business success.

What You'll Be Doing

* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person — providing friendly, knowledgeable support.

* Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.

* Collaborate with the external sales team to manage accounts, spot sales opportunities, and enhance service delivery.

* Stay up to date on product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and product advice.

* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability and readiness.

* Provide administrative support including quotes, order documentation, sales reports, and CRM updates.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or sales administration is highly desirable.

* Exceptionally organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively.

* A confident and professional communicator — both written and verbal.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* Experience with electrical or technical products is a plus — but not essential.

* Most importantly: a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
