Title: ASB Officer

Location: London hybrid 2 days in the office

Salary: Circa £25 - £30 umbrella

BDS Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a leading housing organisation with their recruitment of an ASB officer. The post holder will be responsible for driving high performance when managing and resolving ASB cases, ensuring that services meet the needs of residents living in the properties.

Duties:

To contribute effectively to service improvement by ensuring teams are implementing the ASB policy and working within the remit of legislation

To work in collaboration with key partner agencies, in order to safeguard residents, take effective enforcement and utilise all tools available when addressing cases of ASB

Ensure vulnerability risk assessments are completed as a priority for victims of ASB to determine appropriate action

To ensure responses to reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) are dealt with promptly and effectively

Criteria:

Experience of working with ASB cases, for a social housing provider

Experience of complex case management

Experience of partnership working

Experience in effectively managing safeguarding
