Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for a new challenge? Or maybe you're already working within the dental sector and ready to step up into a leadership role? I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established dental practice in the Southwell area, who are now seeking a confident and organised Practice Manager to join their team.
 
As the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the surgery. This includes leading a friendly team, ensuring compliance with CQC and NHS guidelines, and keeping the practice running smoothly behind the scenes. It's a varied role where no two days are the same - from managing staff rotas to overseeing patient care and practice finances.
 
What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Practice Manager (dental, medical, or healthcare is ideal)
Strong people management skills - approachable, organised and able to motivate a team
Knowledge of compliance, CQC, or NHS processes (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
