Asbestos Surveyor

£33,000 - £36,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with a rapidly growing UKAS accredited consultancy who specialise in asbestos management and water hygiene services. Due to recent expansion and new contract wins across the Midlands, they are looking to bring an experienced Asbestos Surveyor into their small, close-knit team.

About the role:

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you'll be carrying out management, refurbishment & demolition surveys across a variety of residential contracts to start with, moving on to larger commercial projects as you progress. You'll cover the South Midlands as your main patch, with occasional travel into the East Midlands.

This is a great opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor who wants more than just a day-to-day surveying role. As the company continues to grow, you'll have the chance to develop your skills further, with training and support towards P403 and P404 qualifications. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in internal auditing and mentoring junior team members as you build your career.

The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have:

* BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience

* Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel

* Knowledge of TEAMS (or similar) software

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Good IT skills & proficient in Microsoft Office packages
