Full Time - Office Based (Poole)

We have a full-time, office-based vacancy for a Senior Business Support Officer within the Children's Social Care Service.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, resilient, and well-organised
• Able to work confidently with sensitive and confidential information
• Comfortable communicating with professionals across multiple services
• Skilled in arranging and supporting complex meetings
• Experienced and accurate in taking formal meeting minutes
• Proficient in data processing and administrative systems
• This role is essential to supporting the effective daily operations of the MASH Team (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub). It offers a varied workload and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working in a sensitive and fast-paced environment.
