THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ROLE: This is a senior position combining technical delivery, leadership, and commercial responsibility. You'll take the lead on complex planning and EIA projects, ensuring delivery to a high standard, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Alongside this, you'll support the growth of the business through client development, team leadership, and strategic input into the consultancy's direction.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Significant experience (circa 10+ years) within town planning
• Strong background in managing complex applications and/or EIA projects
• Proven client management and business development experience
• Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Chartered RTPI membership (or equivalent)
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project performance
