Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience

Company: My client is an award-winning contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Midlands region, the ideal candidate will be well placed for their Staffordshire office.

They are a highly successful, established, cash rich contractors and have a strong reputation as a great employer who work on large Commercial projects across the Midlands. Contract value up to around £10 million

Experience working with drylining / internals / SFS contractors is desirable.

Quantity Surveyor Opportunity:

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying

• 3-6 years construction industry experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.

• Previous drylining / SFS experience

• Worked for a subcontractor as a Quantity Surveyor

• Knowledge of relevant contracts including JCT/NEC

• Stable employment history

• Self-motivated and professionally driven. Able to work on own initiative.

• Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Full Clean UK License

• MCIOB (desirable, not essential)
