Salary: £25,000 + up to 20% bonus and benefits

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be recruiting an organised and enthusiastic Customer Accounts Executive to join the Accountancy team of a well-established client.

Customer Accounts Executive responsibilities:

Contact customers about overdue payments
Manage and reduce aged debt
Keep accurate records of activity
Handle a portfolio of customer accounts
Work with teams to meet business goalsThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in debt collection
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to multitask
Be self-motivated and proactive
