• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and behaviour strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
• Help students develop resilience, confidence, and social skills.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or in a SEND/SEMH support role (desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
