About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing B2B services provider. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong background in business-to-business sales who is hungry to progress and earn.

The role will start as office-based, giving you the foundations and training to succeed. Over time, as you achieve results, you'll move into a more client-facing, field-based role, meeting with decision-makers and building strong long-term relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline

Engage with businesses via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings

Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Develop strong product knowledge and act as a trusted advisor to clients

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has B2B sales experience (e.g. Recruitment, Construction, Telecoms, Insurance, or other service-based sectors)

*

Is confident, proactive, and target-driven

*

Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Has the resilience and motivation to win new business

*

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to progress
