Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – £26,000

 

Children at this nursery spend their days exploring bright, well-equipped playrooms and a large outdoor space designed for active learning. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be directly involved in planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities across a purpose-built setting with fun and exciting playrooms, a sensory room, and a spacious garden. The nursery is well established and rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

 

Before You Apply

  • This role requires recent experience working as a qualified Nursery Practitioner in an EYFS setting.
  • Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
  • This position is not suitable for unqualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging EYFS activities through play, exploration, and routine care
  • Support children’s learning and development within your assigned room
  • Observe, assess, and record progress accurately
  • Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency across the setting
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

 

What You’ll Need

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Recent experience working in an EYFS nursery setting
  • Strong working knowledge of the EYFS
  • Confidence supporting children across daily activities and learning
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured team
