YourTeaching Ltd are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Tonbridge, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a real impact on students' understanding and love of Physics at both GCSE and A-Level.

The Role: As a Physics Teacher, your main responsibilities will include:

* Delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 (GCSE and A-Level Physics).

* Encouraging a positive and challenging classroom environment where students are motivated to reach their full potential.

* Developing and planning lessons that inspire students and build their confidence in Physics.

* Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to help them improve.

* Working closely with colleagues in the Science department to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.

* Participating in school-wide activities, including parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is:

* A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a degree in Physics or a closely related subject.

* Experienced in teaching Physics at GCSE and A-Level, although NQTs are also welcome to apply.

* Passionate about Physics and able to make complex concepts accessible and exciting for students.

* A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.

* Able to work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the school's culture.

* Enthusiastic about supporting students beyond the classroom through mentoring and extracurricular opportunities.
