Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit support workers with experience of working with client who has traumatic brain injuries. Our client is a male in his 20's, who lives in his property and some days is staying with his parents. We are looking for active support worker who will be supporting out client with 24h shift over the weekend.

24h shift Sat or Sun

Supporting our clients with domestic activities.
Providing support to our clients to access the community.
Keeping detailed support notes.
Providing support to assist our clients undertake various therapy programmes.
Experience of working with clients with brain injuries is essential.
Full training and clinical support will be given to the successful applicants.

Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
