🕒 36 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am-7pm)

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Officer to join a leading global aerospace organisation at their Belfast site. This is an excellent long-term contract opportunity within a high-performing Supply Chain function supporting complex, international programmes.

This role would suit someone with broad supply chain experience who can quickly integrate into a fast-moving, digital environment and confidently manage supplier performance end-to-end.

The Opportunity

You will manage a portfolio of suppliers across a global supply chain, driving performance, mitigating risk, and ensuring operational continuity. The position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations and contributing to ongoing supply chain transformation initiatives.

* Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily supplier performance using business systems and digital tools

* Anticipate supply risks and implement mitigation actions

* Control demand and forecast planning

* Manage order books and maintain MRP master data

* Lead supplier recovery plans and performance improvements

* Optimise procured goods stock

* Act as first point of contact for supply chain queries from operations

* Coordinate supplier working parties

* Collaborate transnationally with suppliers and internal stakeholders

* Support supply chain and logistics transformation projects

What We're Looking For

We're open to industry background, but you must have strong supply chain experience and the ability to hit the ground running.

Essential experience:

* Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering or Design Engineering

* MRP expertise within a manufacturing environment

* SAP experience

* Strong problem-solving capability

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Desirable:

* Experience deploying digital tools/solutions

* Transnational working experience

* Project management and LEAN knowledge

* Google Suite familiarity

* Additional Information

* Overtime paid over 35 hours:

* 25% uplift (Mon-Fri)

* 50% uplift (Sat-Sun)

* No travel requirement

* One-stage interview process
