TEMP Sales Administrator, North Manchester Based.

£13.50 - £14.00 per hour DOE + Hol Pay.

Immediate start, 3-6 month duration.

You'll be part of a small but dynamic team responsible for processing daily orders from the UK, Europe, and the US. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure really matter.

Responsibilities

• Processing daily orders onto the in‑house system

• Importing order data

• Handling order-related queries internally

• Sending payment links using pre-written templates when needed

• Supporting both the UK and Export departments depending on daily workflow

• Booking shipments with carriers that are not fully integrated into the system

• This includes preparing additional commercial documents

Essentials

• Previous experience using D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) is ESSENTIAL.

• Someone who thrives in a busy environment, as there's always something to do.

• A quick thinker who can adapt, prioritise, and take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data.
