Our client is on the lookout for a passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed children's home in Lancashire, focusing on learning disabilities. As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and managing a new 2-bed children's home specialising in learning disabilities.
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and overseeing the SC1/registration process.
Building and mentoring a team from the ground up.
Implementing a values-led approach focused on the needs of children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Shaping the culture and vision of the home with support from experienced consultants.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position will have:

Experience managing or deputising in a children's residential home fir at least 1 year.
Have worked in a childrens home for 2 years within the last 5 years
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the SC1/registration process.
A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or be working towards it.
A passion for working with children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Confidence in leading, mentoring, and building a team from scratch.
