The Opportunity
We're working with a well-established and high-performing dealership in Swindon that's looking to appoint an experienced Sales Controller. This is a key role within the sales team, focused on driving performance, supporting the Sales Manager, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional results and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Assist in closing deals and maximising profitability on every opportunity
* Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales activity
* Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
* Manage vehicle stock, pricing, and presentation
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company processes
About You
* Previous experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Executive ready to step up
* Proven track record in automotive sales
* Strong leadership and coaching ability
* Highly driven with a focus on achieving targets and maximising revenue
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence
