Job Title: CNC Estimator & Account Manager
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary:
- Circa £37,000 upwards for a 10 years served skilled machinist looking to use their skill in a new way, pivot, receive substantial training and development into the role
- Up to circa £60,000 per annum for a fully skilled CNC Estimator & Account Manager with a great approach
- Salary will be dependent on the relevant skills and experience of the right candidate
Job type: Permanent, Full time
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am to 5.00pm, 30-minute lunch break & Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm

Penta is seeking a CNC Estimator & Account Manager to be an integral part of our progressive Sales & Marketing Team.

About The Role:
As a CNC Estimator & Account Manager at Penta, your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for managing 50% of the company's order book
- Delivering sustained, profitable growth for the Penta team whilst minimising business risk.
- You'll work closely with the sales & marketing team, proactively onboarding new customers, preparing accurate quotes together with playing a key role in helping both our customers and the Penta team win.
- You will be contributing to continuously improving how the department operates to maximise flow and throughput.
What we're looking for from our Estimator & Account Manager:
A strong understanding of the CNC machining process is a must as you will be preparing and managing accurate quotes. You will be supporting customers with technical and engineering specifications to ensure the correct manufacture of their components, together with providing machining design advice to improve production and quality outcomes.
