Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process import and export customs entries through relevant systems

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards

Meet departmental KPIs and timelines consistently

Support your team and assist with additional operational duties as needed

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the operations team

What We're Looking For:

Experience completing customs clearance entries

*

Familiarity with customs software, ideally ASM Sequoia

*

Functional skills qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent)

*

Strong IT/computer literacy

*

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

*

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
