Job Description

YOU ARE a driven leader and hunter focused on managing the sales team helping both business and consumer prospects through all facets of the sales cycle. During a ramp period, you will start as a player coach and learn by doing deals while you manage an expanding sales team in a growth environment, and bring to the table sales management expertise in multiple processes and methodologies with a strong ownership mentality. Earth Class Mail is a well-established, fast-growing Digital mail system that has a high service mindset and were looking for people with the same attitude.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

PLAYER (Ramp period)

  • Meet and exceed a monthly sales target by managing full-cycle sales from lead to close
  • Effective pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Work with prospects primarily through contact forms, phone, email, and demo
  • Document all prospect information/interaction in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Understand prospective customer cadence in the buying cycle and act accordingly
  • Provide consultative guidance to your prospective customers and quickly facilitate customer adoption

COACH

  • Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill and ensure monthly sales target and KPI targets are met
  • Effective team pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
  • Serve as a bridge to help the sales department work cross functionally with other departments
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to leadership
  • Develop, maintain and execute territory or segment plan
  • Represent Earth Class Mail at conferences, trade shows, and community events (if applicable/post-COVID)

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE BRINGING:

  • Three years carrying quota in IT / SaaS sales or comparable sales experience
  • Strong work ethic - sales takes commitment to grind
  • SaaS / Services business model understanding preferred
  • Display superior time management, follow-up, written, and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree or comparable work experience
  • Experience with an inside sales process highly desirable
  • Enjoys working in a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial environment
