Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
• Oversee cash flow management and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial processes and cost control.
• Assist in year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the retail industry.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Qualified by experience or Newly Qualified.
• Proven experience in management accounting, our client is flexible on the sector background.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
