This company is entering a major growth phase, with demand for artist?driven campaigns skyrocketing across the region, the team needs additional firepower to scale high?impact marketing programs across paid and owned channels. You'll be stepping in at a pivotal moment, when the team is expanding its reach, launching more campaigns than ever, and shaping how fans engage with artists across Europe and beyond.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the operational heartbeat behind multi-market music campaigns - coordinating stakeholders, keeping timelines tight, and ensuring every launch lands flawlessly.

Lead cross-channel campaign delivery: email, push, onsite merchandising and more.
Manage creative and media workflows: from asset development to trafficking.
Partner with music industry stakeholders: securing assets, permissions and licensing.
Collaborate with creative and channel teams: shaping bar-raising campaign concepts.
Analyse post-campaign performance: extract insights, build playbooks, and refine strategy.
Work across global entertainment teams: including close collaboration with video and content partners.Requirements

4+ years' marketing or project management experience in consumer tech or entertainment.
Strong data fluency - comfortable using metrics to drive decisions.
Excel/Tableau capability - pivot tables, charts, manipulation.
Experience delivering cross-functional campaigns end-to-end.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
