What will you do as an Operations Lead

* Managing a multi-tiered international supply chain across raw materials, co-manufacturing, and finished goods

* Monitoring and managing stock levels across warehouses and sales channels to maintain optimal availability

* Creating and adjusting production schedules to align with sales demand and manufacturing lead times

* Communicating clearly with suppliers including site visits, logistics partners, & internal teams to ensure alignment

* Analysing data and trends to anticipate stock issues or inefficiencies

* Creating and updating purchase orders and production plans

What will you need to be an Operations Lead

* Ideally have experience using Unleashed / Shopify / Xero: Preferred

* Experience within supply chain coordination, production planning, or logistics

* Exposure to international supply chains & understand the challenges of lead times, MOQs, & freight

* Must be proficient in Excel

* Must hold a valid licence, may be required to drive to a different site
