• Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing projects
• Drive key supplier processes, audits, and root cause investigations
• Ensure effective containment, corrective actions, and Zero Defect programme implementation
• Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and source transfer programmes
• Analyse nonconforming data and drive resolution strategies
• Manage supplier development using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and root cause tools

Supplier Quality Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Posses an Aerospace quality background with working knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, AS9102 would be beneficial
• Experience in supplier audits and supplier development
• Proficient in APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans
• Confident in problem-solving, lean manufacturing, and using SAP systems
• Full UK Driving License
• EU travel once a month
