Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Aircraft)

Location: Newark on Trent

Shift: Monday - Friday, (39 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of technical staff, ensuring all work is completed in line with established policies and regulations.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on specialized aircraft, both at our primary location and at other sites across the UK.
Oversee all aircraft activities, including ground movement and preparation for transport.
Manage your team to ensure maximum output and efficiency to meet operational needs.
Be prepared to take on other key roles as required, such as deputy management or line supervision.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar engineering background, with a minimum of technical training from a recognized program.
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role or the potential to develop these skills.
Strong fault diagnosis skills and a thorough understanding of the defence, aircraft, manufacturing or process industry.
A full, clean driving licence is essential and be able to pass a full security clearance checks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
IBasic computer literacy is required
