Job Title: Japanese Speaking Tax Manager - Expatriate Individual Tax (Hybrid)

Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Tax Manager - Japanese Expatriate Individual Tax (Hybrid) - What You'll be Doing:

* Provide comprehensive UK individual tax services to Japanese expatriate clients

* Prepare and review UK Self Assessment Tax Returns

* Advise on double taxation and foreign tax credit issues between Japan and the UK

* Liaise with clients in both English and Japanese

* Manage and develop junior staff

* Communicate with HMRC regarding tax queries and amendments

Tax Manager - Japanese Expatriate Individual Tax (Hybrid) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

* Experience in a tax-related role at an accounting firm in Japan or the UK

* Knowledge of international individual tax (especially UK/Japan)

* Business level English and native-level (or equivalent) Japanese

* Team management experience is a plus

* Qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACCA or ACA welcome but not essential
