Field Team Leader role:

* Lead and support field teams operating within the Scottish Water network

* Use your proven industry experience to accurately detect and pinpoint water leaks

* Play a crucial role in maintaining efficient and reliable water infrastructure

* Prioritise safety by conducting thorough risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Field Team Leader requirements:

* Previous experience of managing field based teams

* Demonstrated technical expertise in Leakage Detection and Management, including a solid understanding of industry-leading methods, technologies, and best practices

* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high service standards

* Strong dedication to health and safety protocols in all work environments

* Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers

* Prior experience in a similar field-based or outdoor role

* Holds a full and valid UK Driving Licence

* Able to successfully pass background checks and drug & alcohol screening
