Devonshire Hayes are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide remote support to users across Europe.
This is an initial 3 month contract that may extend.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience of providing 1st/2nd line support and using a call management system such as Remedy and to support the following:
o PC/Windows
o Microsoft Office 365
o Active Directory
o Mac OS X, IPhones and IPads
o Outlook, Email, Calendars
o SAP
o Printers & Scanners
o Audio Visual (AV)
Please note this role will involve shift work and occasional weekend cover.
